Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich coffee, roast malt, chocolate, vanilla and has a nice coffee finish.

On tap at the brewpub. It pours dark brown to black, looking clear, with just a rim of bubbles for a head. No lacing. The aroma is sweetish and chocolatey, with dark caramel, dark dried fruit and some coffee. It's more or less full-bodied, silky smooth and with a low level of carbonation. Sweet, with more focus on coffee than the aroma has. Chocolate, caramel and dried fruit. Lasting sweet finish with coffee, chocolate and caramel. A nice one, but a small glass would be sufficient for most people I guess. 221220
