Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry dusty fruity, apple cores, bark, sour grass, apple peel, cellar, minerals, flowers, dusty ripe apples, hay. Taste is harsh sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, bark, harsh unripe apples, leafs, minerals, alcohol, cellar, apple peel, flowers, cellar. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Solsletta 111222.Deep golden color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, sulphur, yeast. Flavor is apples, sulphur, yeast, grass, herbs, lemon, alcohol. Nice/OK cider.

Bottle. 75cl corked. A sparkling one, producing a short-lived white head. Some white bubbles around the rim all the time though. Clear, deep golden colored body. The aroma is rather sulfury at first, but some time in the glass solves that problem. Fresh apple, some notes of overripe apple, hints of grass and leaves, and a wee touch of something herbal, lemon zesty. It's full-bodied and very lightly warming on the palate, with a very soft carbonation. Mostly on the dry side, with some tannins. The flavor has a little alcohol sting, as well as notes of birch leaves, grass and a faint touch of lemon zest, but mostly it's fresh apple juice. Medium length finish. Not bad at all this one, but it feels a bit straight forward in a way. 221210
