29.07.2023, 0,75l bottle (2020 vintage) @ apartment in Jastrzębie-Zdrój:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, dusty ripe apples, apple cores, minerals, grass, bark, flowers, leafs, yellow apples. Taste is harsh sour-ish fruity, apple cores, bark, sour unripe apples, grass, minerals, alcohol, flowers, leafs, apple peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not really my cup of coffee.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of red apple and sweet apple juice. Taste is medium to heavy sweet with a long sweet red apple juice finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

0,75 litre Bottle, Straight from The source. Light Golden with white head. Apple, sour, yeast, carbonation, dry, ripe Apples, Nice.

KKYGG 191122. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, yeast. Flavo0r is apples, ripe apples, grass, yeast, sugar. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A few white bubbles rests on top of a lightly sparkling, mostly clear deep golden colored body. Ripe apple, apple juice, apple storage, some grass and yeast in the aroma, with some alcohol as well. Faintly foresty. It's lightly warming on the palate, softly carbonated and with a light sweetness. Mostly on the dry side though. Apple juice, ripe apple, apple jam notes, grass hints and some notes of leaves and apple cores. Very short finish. Not bad this one, but the short finish sort of ruins the joy of drinking it. 221119
