03.06.2022, 0,75l bottle (2021 vintage) @ home:
Small bubbly mediumlasting head, hazy reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, red berries, grass, watermelon winegum, apple peel, minerals, apple cores, bark, alcohol, leafs, hints of thinner. Taste is dry funky sour-ish fruity, apple cores, mild vinegar, hay, flowers, grass, apple peel, minerals, bark, red berries, paper, hints of thinner. Medium bitterness, slightly dry funky fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Ooups….a little gusher this one Murky pink in the glass Ok it was heavy carbonated, but still quite drinkable Decent acidity Lots of raspberries in this one. Also vinegar, apples and citric flavor [Bottle at Jæren Ølfestival 22 – pre tasting]

Pre-Tasting Jæren Ølfestival 2022. Red-orange color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apples, red berries, acidic. Flavor is apples, red berries, yeast, fruit, malt, sourness, vinegar, lemon. Carbonated.

Bottle, 75cl. 2021 vintage, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. A gusher, unclear, with a pinkish golden in color, with some bubbles on top. Acidic fruity aroma with dark berries and vinegar. Blueberry, ripe apple and lemon notes. Sort of yeasty. It’s tart and medium bodied, acidic, with apple, ripe apple, lemon notes, vinegar and a hint of berries. Medium length finish. A bit strange this one, not too pleasant either. 220812
