Kjerag Fearless Bolder Pilsner is a collaboration between Lilland Brewery Hotel at Tau and Jåttå Gårdsbryggeri in Stavanger. This lager is brewed with E-34/70 yeast and Pacific German hops, with a light malt backbone from the best pilsner malt we know.
Ingredients: water, malted barley, wheat, hops and yeast. Brewed and canned by Jåttå Gårdsbryggeri.

On tap at the brewpub. A clear pale golden colored beer with a dense white head. Nice curtains. The aroma is fruity, with a pleasant maltyness. Grains and bread, and a generic fruityness. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, nicely carbonated and mostly on the dry side. Quite gentle bitterness. The flavor has some grass and pine cones, but it’s mostly generic fruityness and bready, grainy pale malts. Dry, fruity finish with a pleasant maltyness. A pleasant pilsner indeed. 220812
