Imperial Pastry Stout w/ Raspberry purée, cacao nibs, coffee beans, vanilla beans, cinnamon, lactose.
Pours jet black. Big aromas of chocolate, raspberry, and coffee. Thick and smooth without being cloying. Expect big flavours of dark chocolate, pairing with the nutty and fruity characteristics offered by the coffee beans. Raspberry puree plays counterpoint, balancing the molten chocolatey decadence with a bright and jammy fruitiness. Additions of vanilla beans and cinnamon wrap everything together nicely in beast of a stout from a galaxy far, far away.

44cl can from Systembolaget, Solna. Pours close to pitch black with a brown, small head. Roasty aroma with notes of dark chocolate, raspberries, coffee, vanilla, spices and hints of lactose. Sweet, flavourful and desserty. Maybe a bit over the top, but still quite delicious and enjoyable.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 23/08/2024 sweet dark roasted malty aroma as taste, sweet chocolate and caramel malty action, getting some tangy berry undertones, nutty accents, creamy vanilla milky chocolate malty finish. Nice pastry action.

Can. An almost black one, topped by a small dark beige head. The aroma is quite sweetish, dark chocolate, toffee, some coffee and a touch of spices. Some berry notes and marzipan. It's sweet and full-bodied, lightly warming, sweet and very softly carbonated, with flavors of roasted malts, coffee, toffee, dark chocolate and some marzipan, spices and nuts. Lasting finish. Way too sweet this one, but with lots of good aromas and flavors. 240810
