On tap at Akkurat. An unclear amber colored beer with a small off-white head. Fruity-sour aroma with red berries, a light funk and some lemon and hints of vinegar. It's quite tart on the palate, full bodied and dry, nicely carbonated, with a quite fruity flavor. Some vinegar in the flavor too, in a nice way, with berries, funk and some citrusy juice. On tap at The Cat and Barrel, Vejle. Deep amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of plum, cherry, caramel and balsamic vinegar.
