Mild and a bit unusual mead
Easy drinkable with “only” 12 horsepower
Honey and some mild apples in the back.
Not to sweet and a mild acidity.

Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. Honey driven aroma with a light apple fruityness. Hints of flowers and heather. Some lemon. It's sweet and lightly warming, full-bodied and oily, with honey dominating the flavor. Some fruityness, apple, green grape and lemon, with a light flowery touch. A bit more heather-ish in the finish. Quite nice first mead this one. 2407127
