Bottle, courtesy of the brewer. A lightly hazy deep golden colored beer with a small, dense white head. The aroma has a touch of caramel and pale malts, with a good fruityness, and grains. Hints of chocolate. It's quite crisp, dry, with a nice carbonation. Some bitterness. Caramel, pale malts and fruityness, faint notes of chocolate. Medium length finish. Quite tasteful and pleasant, but not really giving me the Christmas feeling. 240622
