Small fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, hay, herbs, yeast, dough, minerals, old rope, wash cloth, bark, ashes, flowers, grass, hits of harsh citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, sour grass, hay, old rope, yeast, paper, herbs, minerals, flowers, sorrel, ashes, bark. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Bottle, 75cl. Thx for sharing Bryne. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a white head. Lacing. Super fruity aroma, lightly funky, with melon, green grapes, some dried fruit and a touch of pale malts. It's medium bodied and lightly tart, dry, with a gentle carbonation. Fruity flavor too, really delicious. A wonderful beer, tasteful and quenching, but the most impressive part is how well brewed it is. 240615
