Natadal 150624. Pale golden color. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, grass, flower, citrus, alcohol, grass. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Uppigard Natadal. A lightly foggy golden colored cider. The aroma has lots of fresh apple, with grass and flowery notes, some citrus and a hint of alcohol. It's dry and medium bodied, with a very gentle warmth. Apple driven flavor too, notes of honeydew melon, citrus and grass. Pleasant apple finish. A decent cider indeed, refreshing and quite tasteful. Very lightly yeasty, sulphury in the very end. 240615
