Bottle 750ml @ Rasmus. Pours murky pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of pear, funk, tart and vinegar. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long tart, pear and vinegar finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, leafs, fruit stones, mild vinegar, bark, hay, flowers, sour dusty pears. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, mild vinegar, sorrel, sour dusty pears, hay, leafs, flowers, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly foggy one, straw colored, with a gentle carbonation. Fruity aroma with a good dash of vinegar. Some grassy, flowery hints and a touch of lemon juice. It's tart on the palate, medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, with some fruity sweetness. Pear juice, some canned pear and lemon, hints of vinegar and gooseberry in the flavor. Lasting finish with a bit too much vinegar. To be honest, I think there's too much vinegar all the way. Besides that it's at least a refreshing and quite tasteful perry. More flavorful than normal for a perry. 240203
