Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, fruit stones, grass, sour dark berries, heather, flowers, honey, minerals, alcohol, aronia. Medium bitterness, slightly dry fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen 2024. Bubbles on the surface of purple-golden body, hazy, scattered lacing. Inviting aromas of berries and mead. Mouthfilling taste with honeyed berries, blackcurrant and blueberries among others. Smooth and lingering ending, mid-dry and rather sweet. Full bodied. Nice sipper that gets a tad too sweet in the long run. (Trondheim, 02.08.2024).

YG Deep purple color with no head. Aroma is honey, berries. alcohol. Flavor is alcohol, honey, berries, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, flower. Nice mead.

Bottle. A mostly clear deep purple colored mead, still and headless. Quite oily pour. The aroma is berry driven, with blueberry, blackberry and some raspberry. Honey and alcohol too, in the back. Vanilla. It's sweet on the palate, still dry-ish, with warmth from the alcohol. Full-bodied. Blueberry, blackberry, herbal notes, flowery honey and sweetness, alcohol, vanilla and raspberry in the flavor. Fresh blueberry-like foresty notes. Lasting finish with lots of blueberry, some raspberry, honey and alcohol. Delicious indeed this one. Really delicious. 231226
