Bottle. It’s a crystal clear golden colored beer with a dense, two-finger white head leaving lacing. The aroma is typical Belgian blonde, lightly yeasty and mostly fruity, with a light touch of pale malts. Apple, pear, some plums and a grassiness, with some bready notes. It’s full-bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, with a decent bitterness. Apple, pear, some grass and pine cones, a touch of bready malts and some peppery yeastiness in the flavor. Long, smooth finish. Clean, tasteful and easy drinkable, should work well with lots of food, or just as a thirst quencher. 231125
