On tap at Mikkeller, Århus. An unclear yellow to straw colored beer with a creamy white head leaving lacing. The aroma unfortunately has some diacetyl, else it's generic fruityness with a peppery hint. Pity the diacetyl overpowers the nice Saison aromas. It's medium bodied and very smooth on the palate, semi-dry, with a gentle bitterness. Diacetyl, grass, hay, pepper hints and generic fruityness in the flavor. Some Saison yeast impact too. Medium length quite dry finish. Pity about the diacetyl. 231109
