YG 011123. yellow color with some white bubbles. Aroma is yeast, apples, vinegar. Flavor is yeast, apples, vinegar, funk, lemon, citrus. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a hazy pale yellow-white body, mostly still, with some white bubbles around the rim. Funky, lime-ish, lemony aroma with grass, fresh apple juice and vinegar. It's super-tart, dry and softly carbonated, with a funky apple driven flavor. Vinegar, grass, apple peel, apple cores and leather and barnyard. Citrus juice. Lasting tart and acidic finish. Way too tart and vinegary this one, too little room left for the apple aroma and flavor. 231101
