Cask at the Hop & Cleaver, Newcastle. Pours pale amber with a small lasting white head leaving good lacing. Aroma of bitter fruit and hops. Light sweetness, heavy bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Bitter finish, and very bitter overall but in a pretty good way.
