We used IPA Malt from Gambrinus Malting to lay a solid malt backbone for classic and new Hop profiles. Light, crisp and refreshing. Perfect ballgame crusher!
Hot Side hops: Centennial, Bravo, ADHA-1624
Dry hops: Citra, Chinook

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, orange and floral hops. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. More of a Pale Ale. Crushable, but just ok.
