Prodotta con malti inglesi Simpson Pale Ale Low Colour Maris Otter (91%), Golden Naked Oats (5%) avena decorticata tostata dal meraviglioso aroma e sapore nutty e porridge, Caramalt (4%).
Fermentata con ceppo London Ale e luppolata moderatamente con Magnum, Ahtanum e Chinook, per un profilo resinoso e leggermente fruttato.

Pours a dark, slightly opaque golden, perhaps with amber hints. Low to medium sized white head; shows quite good retention, though not much lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: soft/white bready malts, perhaps hints of biscuits; a good dose of hoppiness with a lightly grassy, partially resinous background, with fruity notes in the likes of citric jam (not a very defined hop profile sadly, hard to pick specific fruits). Taste notes follow the aroma: again, average intensity, so-so definition. Nice sweet/bitter balance, with both coming out as delicate to medium; finish has the slightest bitter edge and feels moderately dry. Light bodied, but perhaps not as much as expected; average carbonation. Decently lively, but doesn't feel as slender as expected for the low abv. Overall: very much passable, but i've had much better from them.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona e persistente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mandarino e spezie.

Handpump at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa. Pale golden, light haze, white head. Grainy nose, herbal hops, minerals, dry soft chewy body, light perfumed finish. Quite crushable.
