Near black with a frothy/bubbly tan head and ginger biscuits on the nose. Sweet roasted malt up front, boozy with ginger and hints of lime

Cask at the Brew Tavern Nottingham. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are malty rich ginger and sweet lime. Some boozy rum.
