We first brewed this to commemorate 100 years since Wallace Hartley’s band played their last waltz on board the sinking Titanic. It soon became a regular in our range of beers owing to its complex yet easy drinking and moreish nature.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 1. Mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting halo of light tan head. Aroma is light Berry, pine, toast, little woody on the nose. Flavour is composed of red Berry, pine, toast, little toast. Palate is semi sweet, little chewy. OK black IPA.

Cask (Platform Tavern, Southampton) - Dark brown with red tinges. Pine, liquorice and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy taste with pine, liquorice, roasted malt and grapefruit. Enjoyable.
