Inception

This is not a dream in a dream, nor does it feature Leonardo Dicaprio, but it is the starting point of our journey into beautiful carbonated exciting liquids. We are now in possession of a Brand new 35hl brew house with a lauter, coupled with fermenters, hop cannon, shell tube heat exchange directly to our whirlpool, flow controls, underback, sight glasses, hop backs,| kegging machine, yeast propagation tank, and plenty of other really exciting things.

We’ve been working on a crushable and quaffable Session IPA, think fruity hop character with a delicate finish, starting as we mean to go on. Get yourself aboard the Beartown beer train, we don’t know where it’s going, or stopping, but it’s going to be an exciting ride.
