Amber, pours a thick smooth head. Very pleasant, found it to have much sweetness, sugary taste.

Copper brown clear color, good off-white fluffy head. Nutty hoppy nose. Nutty hoppy, a bit sweetish flavor. Decent maltyness, overall over the average sweet bitter. Slightly harsh finish. Ok .. decent.

A slightly hazy brown beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and nuts. The flavor is very nutty, but also fruity, and with a dry bitter end.

Cask. Clear, golden, with an off-white head leaving nice lacings. The aroma is fruity, with lemony hops. A bit low on maltyness I think. A bit too lemony in the flavor, with just a bit malty sweetness. Thin to medium body that is lightly sticky in the mouth. Quite quaffable, but not my favourite Ringwood. (060712)

Cask gravity at Bowl Inn, Charing, BF 2006. Copper colour with thin off white head. Yeasty and malt on aroma. Warming alcohol, but not unbalanced. Touch of apple. Maybe not quite ready to be served yet. Drinkable strong bitter. Probably expect a bit more flavour. I prefered the Woodforde’s Admiral’s Reserve that I had just before this.

I have had this regularly and it’s almost always a decent beer. Light brown very flavourful bitter, plenty of malt and good bitterness, decent finish. Very good beer.
