Simcoe® T90 added for flavour mid boil adds a resinous and ripe stone fruit flavour, YCH 702 Simcoe® added to the whirlpool and delivers a whopping 56 IBU of bitterness as well as driving the enticing fruit aromas, the beer is then dry hopped with Cryo-Simcoe® for the full Simcoe® experience.
