Estil: Cervesa d’alta fermentació (Ale)
Malts: Malts d’ordi Pale Ale, Caramelmalt i Xocolata. Flocs de civada.
Llúpols: Centenial i Cascade.
Fermentació: 5 dies a 19 ºC
Nota de tast: Color caoba fosc amb pocs reflexes ambarins. Transparència baixa degut a la seva densitat i tonalitats visuals. Escuma ataronjada i persistent, densa i suau alhora. Entrada en boca agradable. Bombolla petita i sedosa.

330 ml bottle. Hazy dark golden body with a thin tan head. Mild and quite sweetish aroma, caramel, candy and some kind of cooked citric fruit. Mild flavor as well, sweet malt, honey/caramel ‘ish, not much bitterness. Medium body. Drinkable, but pretty medium all over and a bit boring.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). murku ambery brown colour with beige head. Aroma is fruits, wood, quite strong on caramel malts and syrup. Also some slight smoked wet wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, some slight herbal notes as well as liquorice. Mild wooden and floral hops in the finish. A rather pleasant brew. Ashy and grassy aftertaste.

Hazy deep-amber beer with mossy shine; medium dirty-cream head. American grapefruit-aromahops, nice, but fleeting. Then much more malts, including chocolate malts. Taste are wry chocolate malts, all reminiscences of hops nearly gone. Pretty dry, bark or spices. Finish has some sweetness, again chocolatey, melanoidins. Medium bodied at best, not empty; quite slick. Quite OK, I had expected something way more dull. Again a Spanish brewery to watch!
