Smooth, sweet, a once a year birthday batch. Excellent flavor. From the brewer: one keg produced to introduce to the public. Then a small batch is bottled for purchase. Very limited.

Draft at the Endeavor Tap Room, Sydney. Deep amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are malty caramel and slightly boozy. Sweet full body.

Draft at the Endeavour Tap Rooms, The Rocks, Sydney. Poured a slightly hazy dark amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is malt and floral hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, dry, oaky, floral, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
