Diese feinperlige Pils-Spezialität brauen wir nach altbewährter Rezeptur und mit feinsten biologisch angebauten Rohstoffen wie Naturhopfen und Sommerbraugerste. Selbstverständlich nutzen wir beim Brauen auch das Wasser aus dem brauereieigenen Vogelsberger Brunnen. So entsteht der feinherb-würzige, harmonisch abgestimmte Charakter mit einer aromatischen Hopfennote.

Bottle at home. Aroma is grainy malt, mild grassy hops, straw. Flavour is slightly sweetish and moderate bitter. Body is light to medium. Enjoyable German style Pilsener, good grainy aroma with a touch of crisp grassy hops.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, butter. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, grass, butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, grassy, a bit salty with some herbal notes to it. Flavour is grass, some floral notes along with mild salty and herbal notes as well as some bready malts.

DØE. Slightly hazy deep golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop straw and a little butter. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, straw, little butter, little sweet and a little bitter.
