Diese feinperlige Pils-Spezialität brauen wir nach altbewährter Rezeptur und mit feinsten biologisch angebauten Rohstoffen wie Naturhopfen und Sommerbraugerste. Selbstverständlich nutzen wir beim Brauen auch das Wasser aus dem brauereieigenen Vogelsberger Brunnen. So entsteht der feinherb-würzige, harmonisch abgestimmte Charakter mit einer aromatischen Hopfennote.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild butterish and grassy. Bitter and grassy. Light toasted malty. Grassy and bitter dry finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Clear golden pour. Aroma of some banana and grass. Taste is upfront hops that remain through the finish. Turns a bit sweet in the middle but quickly fades.

Getreidig-würziger Antrunk mit leicht bitterem Beiton. Mild bleibend, die Aromen scheinen sich gegenseitig zu übertrumpfen was zu einem eher disharmonischen Eindruck führt. Zum Ende kristallisiert sich der bittere Ton als Hauptnote hervor, wirkt aber etwas muffig. Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,8,8,12,8 - 8,05
