Knäck is a delightful dark mild inspired by the Swedish Christmas treat of the same name. It’s bold and inviting, with a delicate white head of tight foam and carries a rich malty soul, giving notes of hard toffee and roasted nuts.

Rocky beige head left a creamy top on a dark reddish brown still body. Roasted, tea & malt aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a well carbonated foamed back. Nutty, roasted, burnt, malt & liquorice tastes with a fruity berry finish. Great Mild.

Cask at the Colmore, Birmingham. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is nutty, roasty malt. The flavour is moderate to light liqourice bitter and sweet, with a smooth, light roasty, earthy, nutty, light ashtray, light liqourice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
