Knäck is a delightful dark mild inspired by the Swedish Christmas treat of the same name. It’s bold and inviting, with a delicate white head of tight foam and carries a rich malty soul, giving notes of hard toffee and roasted nuts.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share. Thanks to me. Almost clear brown beer, small tan head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin dark malts, traces of cream, chocolate and coffee. Nice red berry vibe. Mild esters. Crisp finish. Tidy mild.

Bottle picked up from Beerdome webshop Grootegast Netherlands and consumed at home Wednesday 7th February 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music. Pours dark brown with a little reddish brown hue, off white mid sized head. Simple Mild, perhaps I have served this a little too cold but it's warming gradually and improving, light caramel becomes more caramel as it warms, a little maltiness, there is a simple nuttiness also. Good. Would like to try this on cask.
