The nights draw dark, but this brew is lighter than ever. Fair in colour and sparkling in hops, this Simcoe and Centennial DH extra pale is gentle on IBUs without relenting on pine. Oats and low crystal also add depth or autumnal sweetness to the base for good measure, meaning those attention seeking cones don’t have it entirely their own way for a change!

Draft at BeerHeadZ, Lincoln. lightly hazed golden color with a white head. Aroma and taste are light fruity and slight bitter. Medium body.
