Keg at Ealing Beer Fest 25. Aroma is sweet with a prickly bitter edge. Clear chestnut. Frothy foamy beige head. Medium bitter. Grainy. chewy malts. Tangy sour edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Nice enough.

Chestnut brown topped with a beige head.
Nose is cocoa powder, mellow roast, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, light honeycomb, roasted bite, dark fruit rinds.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Okay porter.

Cask at BeerHeadz, Nottingham. Off black colour with a thin head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet, honey? and some chocolate. Medium body.
