23/8/2023. Box at the 44th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear amber brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma is nutty, toffee, malt, bread. Moderate sweetness, bitterness and body. Slightly watery. Soft carbonation. Dry finish. Best of the 3 Golden River's I got to try at the festival.

Cask at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2023. Deep amber colour with an off white head. Malty dry aroma and taste. Slightly thin body.
