Keg at Cotteridge Wines (28th birthday bash) Bingo-Cotts Convention, 08/07/23. Cherry red with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is parma violets to the fore, herb, floral, berry pips. Taste comprises juicy berries, light berry tang, perfume, less dominant parma violets when contrasted with the nose. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge. Fun sour ... the PV is evident but doesn't dominate ... a good thing!

Tap at cotteridge wines. A light hazed reddish purple coloured pour with a lasting pink head. Aroma is big parma violet, floral, Turkish delight raspberry soaoy. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, purple, para violets, floral, Turkish delight. Little soapy. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, sharp, powdery carbonation.

Keg at Cotts. There is a definite aroma as per the sweets, alongside berries. Opaque berry red. Thin translucent white head. Berries. Would be more tart but custard takes the edge off. Medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Other than the aroma it fails to deliver.
