Dedicated to our brewery squirrel named lovingly by my Son as "Phat Tony"! He stands watching the brewers on the window cill filling up the mash tun with grain. Easy drinking hoppy with biscuit notes. Many kilos of Yakimah Columbus hops and a dash of Dana for bitterness.

Cask at the cardinals hat Lincoln. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light citrus fruit and malty. Light body.
