Working with WHC, we tested out a couple of new products designed to release bound thiol compounds found in hops and malt. Thiols are an aroma compound commonly found in wines, contributing powerful aromas of mango, guava & passion fruit, but aren't often used to their full potential in beers.

Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are juicy sweet and tropical. Rich body.

Cloudy gold with a frothy / bubbly white head and a lovely fruity aroma. Soft and delicate, big on the fruit side of things, with citrus and tropicals nicely balanced, and a soft bitterness rounding things off
