Not a wombat but an endangered marsupial from down under whos diet consists of exclusively termites. In the absence of a "termitey" hop flavor, we went for pine, citrus and fruit. Motueka, Pacific Gem, Rakau and Southern Cross hops make for a light, soft and fruity Extra Pale.

Ask at the Strugglers Inn Lincoln. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are dry and fruity slight tropical. Medium body.
