Pours a dark orange color with creamy white head. Beautiful hazy appearance. Smell is very intense citrus. This is going to be good. Full body with creamy texture. Medium carbonation. Taste is hops, citrus, herbs, spices.. Excellent balance. Pretty high IBU of 70 guarantees the strong, long lasting bitterness. Some may find it a bit too much, but for me it’s just right. Bitter, yet refreshing. ABV of 7% is not really noticeable - this is a very smooth drinking beer. Overall, loved it.

bottleshare met Benzai, Ceasar en Skortilla, tijdens openingsweekend van Oproer. schenkt gouden met witte kraag. aroma van mout, hop, licht floraal. smaken zijn matig bitter, zwak zoet, citrus, gras, hop, medium body en goede co2, aardig na al de winterbier van het festival.

Bottle thx to Benzai, small sample. Slight hazy yellow to golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of grainy malt, grassy hop, bit flowery. Soft bitter taste, bit grainy sweetness. Felt more like a hopped up pilsener. Quite tasteful, but didnt think of it as an IPA.

Bottle shared with ShivanDragon, Skortila and Caesar. Slightly hazy orange color, huge soapy white head. Smell and taste malts, light to moderately hoppy, decently hop bitter. Decent body and carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from ’Mitra’ Enschede, best before 26/1/2016. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, tan to white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of mango, orange, honey and pine. Sweetish, fruity-malty taste of mango, orange, honey and some pine, followed by a medium long, rather bitter finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent, unfortunately a bit old.

Amber to copper colored, hazy, medium+ creamy off white lasting head and nice lacing. Aroma is caramel malt and medium strong floral, fruity and citrus hoppiness. Taste is medium sweet caramel malt, biscuit, fruity, floral and citrus medium aroma and quite bitter, dry and lasting finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

Taste: Lots of hops, good fruit. Grapefruit? Nice lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub on Ilica. Pours almost clear amber golden color, topped with a big frothy head, a bit off-white. Mild fruity aroma with some bready notes. Taste starts mildly fruity with a harsh bitterness in the finish. A bit biscuity with some herbal presence. Drinkable, but not the best IPA out there.
