Interlude Berliner Weisse is a light, tart, refreshing ale modelled off the classic German style. It pours a light straw colour, has a delicious bready wheat character and finishes with a lip-smacking lemony tartness and lively effervescence that wakes up the mouth and has you ready for your next sip.
Do as the Germans do and blend it with your own fruit syrup or drink it clean for the ultimate in hot weather refreshment. Prost!

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of toasted grainy wheat malt and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, lemon and floral hops in a dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable.
