The sulphate-heavy water chemistry makes it smooth, creamy, and totally balanced. The Fuggle hops creates just a graceful hint of earthy bitterness and no lingering aftertaste. Roast and caramel. A light dose of lime at the end that cloys a bit. Brown pour with pretty good head and lacing. Some nut. Tap at brewery

473ml can. Pours a clear brown with orange hue and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet aroma of chocolate malt, earth and nuts. Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, caramel, brown sugar, nuts and grassy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and average to soft carbonation. Malt forward, tasty and crushable.
