This modern pilsner is brewed four our happy place - Omnipollos flora. A beer garden and ice cream parlour located right in the middle of the most beautiful park in Stockholm. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

473mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and stale malts on the nose. Flavour has dry grass, soda cracker malts; very seltzery. Not huge fan, the body is pretty weak.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear golden, small head. Floral nose. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Slender bread, floral grass. Mid bitter finish.

A slight hazed, light-bright golden colour with a white cap, decent stay and foamy lacing streaks. Fresh herbal aromas with a tad floral and some yeastiness giving pear-apples notes. The taste is milder with the fruitiness, and hints of the herbal-grassy hops. A refreshing Italian-style Pilsner which I wish would showcase a little more the Italian hops, over the yeastiness.

Can from the LCBO. Clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is quite grassy, with light cereals ,and some.greenn hops. Mouth feel is solid, carb is nice. Medium bitrerz grassy hop finish, solid bitterness, decent pils.

Gyllengul och lite disig med fluffigt skum. Doft av apelsinskal, lime och kakdeg. Lätt kropp. Citrusblommig smak med lite torr avslutning. Frisk och god.
