Based on an Irish Red Ale with lots of cara wheat for colour but this beer is double dry hopped with citra and columbus hops. This beer is really hoppy like an IPA and is unique in our brews as the first hop addition is added at the start of fermentation not on day four.

Cask at the Tiny Tavern, Lincoln. Amber colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty and light. light body.
