Een berelekker bier met een hoppige twist. Volle, gebrande tonen van koffie en donkere chocolade worden opgevolgd door een mooie moutbitterheid. Een gewaagde hoeveelheid Chinookhop levert een fruitige bitterheid die lekker in de afdronk blijft hangen. Drink hem minimaal op 15 graden voor een volle smaak. I Ingrediënten: water, gerstemout, havermout, hop, gist.

Bottle from Beerdome. 8.7 % ABV. Black with a big light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and rather bitter finish. Soft. 041225

Fles 33cl in Dronten. 8,7%. Koffie, roasted malts, haver, oily, bitter, pure chocolade, zoeten, vanilletonen, liquorice. (18-10-2025). {7300ste).

Negra opaca de abundante y muy cremosa espuma ocre. Gran aspecto. Rico aroma, malta tostada, chocolate, licor, pasas. Densa y oleosa, pero muy suave en boca, con poco gas. Muy buen sabor, con todo lo del aroma, muy agradable. Amargor entre pronunciado e intenso, sobre todo al final y en el postgusto. Alcohol bastante disimulado.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is firm roasted malt with notes of coffee, liquorice, and chocolate. Aromahop is subtle but present. Fairly bitter with a moderate to medium sweetness. Body is medium. Good basic Stout with bit too much liquorice as opposed to chocolate.

A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of mid sweet dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate. Taste of roasted dark malt, chocolate, coffee, long bitter finish. Good.
