The intense, roasted malt flavor is derived from two types of chocolate malt and raw cocoa nibs. Whole vanilla beans, introduced post-fermentation, adds complexity and enhances the dessert-like qualities.

Clear mahogany with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with plenty of chocolate, hard roasted malt and coffee. Flavour had dark chocolate, plenty of hops, dark chocolate, burned malt and espresso. Lovely dry finish.

RBWG 2010 growler. Pours dark brown with tan head. Toasted malt and chocolate aromas. Roasty flavor with some sweet milk chocolate. Medium to full body with soft carbonation.

RBWG@RLRL-thanks to hopscotch-growler-pours a tan head and dark amber/mahogany color. Aroma is earthy, dark malt. Taste is dark malt-cocoa, secondary earthy hops bite.
