375ml bottle pours out amber cola color topped with a ring of a head. Nose is big sweet malts caramel rich brown sugar bourbon barrel goodness. Taste is more of the nice sweet well balanced malts some pitfruit and a great bourbon barrel vanilla note.

From bottle thanks to MJ. Dark brown with almost no head. Raisins, oak, fudge, burnt sugar, some alcohol heat. Sweet but not overwhelming. Touch of red wine.
It's awad with a little tannic notes. Delish! Slightly less sweet and slightly more dry.

Waxed, capped 375 from Tavour. Pours clear, but very, very dark brown with a transient, slight tan head. Aroma of red wine, wood, toffee and heat. Full bodied. Not dry, but not sticky. Heat and wood substitute for hop bitter. Heat is a flavor - not an issue. Flavor is red wine, wood, a little brown sugar, toffee, and a little touch of heat. Exquisite.
