lattina 33 cl, schiuma nocciola media grana media persistenza, color marrone intenso, al naso zucchero di canna caramello uvetta sotto spirito vaniglia frutta rossa, in bocca caramello prugna secca vaniglia uvetta sotto spirito una punta di liquirizia, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, watery, alcool perfettamente nascosto, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale, bella secca. Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours dark brown/purple, with fine, light brown foam. Aroma is malty and molasses, a little licorice, toasty. Body is partially dense, with some stickiness and moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, maybe even a little excessive. Final is long, toasty, malty, with a little salivation induced.

Süffiger, hefig-malziger Antrunk, süß-röstig, Karamell. Weiter hefig, Kräuternoten, deutlich malzig bleibend. Noten von Schokolade, geringfügig holzig, trockener Hintergrund. Vergoren fruchtig, würziger Abgang, lang anhaltender Nachgeschmack. 10/11/11/10/11/11
