On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has lots of smoky whiskey barrels and toasted malt. Flavour has plenty of smoky whiskey barrels, toasted malt, and some earthiness. Reasonably structured. Pleasant.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours dark brown. Stale bread, crusts, and dark sugar on the nose. Flavour has stale bread, crusts, brown sugar, boozy finish. Not great.

MBCC 2025, Blue Session. A very dark brown beer. Aroma of dried fruits, caramel, plums, bourbon. Taste of dried dark fruits, caramel, plums, whisky, boozy.

MBCC. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and licorice. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. Boozy. 230525

750l bottle, yellow wax, PBF XIV. Poured black in color. Has some licorice and light plummy notes. Nice roastedness. Some ash and bourbon. Quite enjoyable.
