75cl bottle at PBF XIV. Poured clear and golden in color, not much head. Green apples, slightly dry and with notes of funk to add some complexity. Elegant and tasty cider.

Bottled@pbf XIV. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is juicy apples, some tartness. Flavour is quite sweet apples, some spiciness and mild tartness. Sweet and dry.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Clear pale golden. Concentrated aroma of nordic apples. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded, slick mouthfeel. Baked tart apples with notes of vanilla. No bitterness.
