This dark-hued Arctic wild ale was barrel-aged for 12 months. In the aroma,you will find a harmonious blend of cherry and barnyard funk, while the palate offers balanced flavors of toasted bread, fresh hay and dried figs, complemented by a mild sourness. Brewed with malted barley, wheat, and raw wheat.
