Drawing inspiration from “Calypso”, who kept Odysseus on her island for seven years in order to make him her immortal husband, the company introduced Odyssey Dark Calypso’s Desire, aiming to forever hold captive anyone who “dares” to try it.
Gentle, velvety with a dark brown colour and aromas that tempt you. Rich creamy head and such a fruity taste that it is difficult to resist it.

bottle. clear to hazy brow, smooth small brown head. mild aroma, mild nutty, mild malty. flavor is nutty, malty, alcohol, caramel. aftertaste has faint notes of charred wood. dark malty caramelly brew. not so sweet. not so belgian yeasty, acts more like a roasted bock than a belgian strong ale.

Bottle 33 cl. Brownish-amber color, yellow foam. Aroma: sweet, caramel, a little dried fruit, slightly smoked, candy, a little prunes. Taste: sweet, caramel, prunes, slightly smoked, other dried fruits, raisins, a little toffee, bitter finish, looks like Belgian dubbel.
